IDST was engaged to lead the transformation of a newly leased, vacant two-story parking garage into a best-in-class childcare, education, and play facility. Working closely with the ownership of Anna & Jack’s Treehouse, IDST defined and refined the project scope, budget, and construction timeline from the outset.

IDST assembled and managed the full consultant team through design development, led contractor bidding across an extensive network of general contractors and trades, and value engineered the project to maintain alignment with budget. In coordination with the architect and engineers of record, IDST drove plan approval and permitting with the building department.

During construction, IDST operated as the central point of coordination, aligning contractors, vendors, design professionals, and inspectors to maintain schedule and execution quality. The team also managed all landlord and lender draw processes in parallel with verifying contractor requisitions to ensure consistent project momentum.

Through hands-on site oversight, IDST successfully delivered through final inspections, permit sign-offs, and issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy on time and on budget.
